a fully html automated web site created by me, Robert T. Exter. I am just an artist who
can not only create web sites, but can create the original artwork needed to give that
extra special touch. Also I am a notable
police artist and professional
portrait artist. Variety is the spice of life they say. Deckmaster Incorporated
contracted me to create this web site after viewing my automated web site created for Sundecks of Devon,
England. Just recently I developed a way to preload images for quick large detailed
display. The POW/MIA
